I began beading because I loved ROCKS.  Rocks... The weight of them, the color, the mystical meanings.  I've expanded from rocks into all sorts of cabs.  If there's a flat side to an object, I'll attempt to bead around it!

Heart of the Tiger - onyx cab with dichroic cab, accented by lampwork.

Energy Burst - this piece has created a lot of excitement!  Based on a vintage broach, with seed bead embroidery, coral and turquoise beads, it's fun and a bit funky.  Model: Andrea Breau.  Photographer: Dana Pachl

Priestess Shield - unakite cab surrounded by seed bead embroidery and lampwork.  This is one of my favorites (maybe because in some name books, "Skylar" means "shield".  In other's, "Skylar" means "scholar".  Go figure.)

Ancient Duo - two fossil stones, accented by pearls.  Photographer: Dana Pachl.

Sky - delicate turquoise cabs with lampwork accents.
