windows
I'm fascinated by the opportunity of windows. In my apartment in columbus, I have 11 windows in a space no bigger than 500 sq. ft. It's light and bright, even in the heart of winter. windows offer potential views into different worlds - poetry, art, past, future, hopes, dreams... much of my new work is focusing on windows - little pieces of glass highlighting an image, surrounded by glorious beads.
Stained glass waterfall - love the vibrant colors of this piece, and it drapes around the neck, with each section moving individually. a happy accident... art prints with bead embroidery.
