Retail Order Information                  

BrisingBeads is exhibited and sold throughout the United States, and is included in numerous private collections.  All items featured on the website are one of a kind.  Please call or email for availability.

Wholesale Order Information

You must have a valid Tax ID # to place wholesale orders- thank you! Please contact us for wholesale pricing.

Availability: Usually, orders for items currently " in stock " can be shipped within two to three weeks. We will, however do our best to accommodate your needs.

Special Orders can take anywhere from three to six months, sometimes more.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany all special orders.

Payment: money orders, personal checks, PayPal  and cashiers checks. Payment by phone, Fax, or mail only please.

Returns Policy: We will gladly exchange pieces that are shipped back to us in the same condition they left our studio for anything else of your choosing, within a two week period from the time you receive the order. Sorry, our financial structure does not allow refunds.  Repairs or simple re-stringing are available for 180 days from time of purchase.

Shipping: Customer pays shipping. Pieces can be shipped UPS, Ground Track, or Priority Mail.  All contents are insured. 2nd day, 3rd day delivery, overnight etc; are available at customers request.
